Seasonal dishes such as chanterelles, asparagus and game in the autumn appear on the changing menu. We grow the herbs for our dishes in our gardens. And we also pay attention to careful preparation and top quality when creating the meals.

Regional specialities and international classics

Head chef Christian Schröder puts modern Thuringian dishes on the table. Classic, traditional meals such as Thüringer Klöße (Thuringian dumplings) with roulades and red cabbage and the popular Thüringer Bratwurst are just as much part of the menu as international classics like pasta, fresh fish and juicy steaks.
