Via the motorways A5, A6 and A656:

Take the motorway exit "Mannheim Mitte" and continue towards the city centre until "Wasserturm/Rosengarten". Turn left onto "Kaiserring" and continue towards "Hauptbahnhof" (central station). Go right towards Ludwigshafen shortly before you reach the main railway station. Stick to the right lane after having passed Mannheim Palace and follow the signposts to the Sure Hotel by Best Western Mannheim City.
