Frequently asked questions

There is a number of connections available to get from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and BER Terminal 5 (previously Schönefeld SXF) to the inner-city transport links: The Airport Express FEX, the regional trains RE7, RB22 and RB14 as well as the suburban (S-Bahn) train lines S9 and S45. The trains leave at BER terminals 1-2 and terminal 5. Take one of these options until Alexanderplatz. From there, go on with the tram lines M5 towards Hohenschönhausen or M6 towards Hellersdorf until you reach the stop Hohenschönhauser Straße. The hotel is 2 walking minutes away from the tram stop. If you take the S9, get off at Frankfurter Allee. From there, take the tram line M13 towards Virchow Klinikum or 16 towards Ahrensfelde. Get off at the stop Landsberger Allee/Weißenseer Weg. The hotel is a 2-minute walk away from the tram stop.

At the junction "Nuthetal", take the exit "Kaiserdamm" on the A115 motorway. Turn right onto Kaiserdamm and follow the road through Bismarckstraße and Straße-des-17.-Juni. Drive past Brandenburg Gate on the right side to enter the boulevard Unter den Linden. Follow the road through Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, then turn right into Mollstraße. Follow the road through Landsberger Allee until you see the hotel at the corner Landsberger Allee/Weißenseer Weg.

Leave the AT10 motorway "Berliner Ring" at exit Berlin-Marzahn and follow the Altlandsberger Chaussee through Berliner Straße, Landsberger Straße and Landsberger Allee until you see the hotel at the corner Landsberger Allee/Weißenseer Weg.

At Berlin Central Station, take the S5, S7 or S9 train to "S+U Bahnhof Alexanderplatz". From there, take tram no.  M6  (towards Hellersdorf) or M5 (towards Hohenschönhausen) and get off at Hohenschönhauser Straße/Weißenseer Weg. From there, it is a 3-minutes' walk to our hotel.

A number of on-site parking spaces are available for our guests. The fee is  € 13.00 per night and car. We kindly ask you to reserve your parking spot before your arrival.

Your hotel room will be available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Pets are welcome at the hotel against a cleaning fee of € 10.00 per day/animal.

Children younger than 12 years of age stay free of charge in one of the standard beds or an extra bed in their parents' room. Children older than 12 years and adults pay € 25.00/night for an extra bed. In our hotel rooms, there is space for max. 1 extra bed.
