Are there parking spaces at the hotel?

Guests can use the on-site parking spaces for a fee of € 2.00 per day.

How long does it take to get to the hotel by taxi?

A cab ride from Cologne-Bonn Airport takes about 40 minutes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel. 

Is there a discount for children?

Children under the age of 6 years stay free of charge in their parents' room.

Which credit cards does the hotel accept?

The hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.

What are the opening hours of the spa area?

Our swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Our sauna is open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends. 

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
